Body Need

Adults are made up of 65% water and babies 75%.
Humans require 30 to 50 grams of water per kilo of body weight per day.
For example, a person weighing 70 kg needs to consume a minimum of 2 kg of water.

Taking into account the water content of food, we can estimate that a person should drink 1.5 litres of water each day.
